POST /V1/carts/:cartId/estimate-shipping-methods
POST /V1/carts/:cartId/estimate-shipping-methods is a Magento 2 REST endpoint in the Quote module. Estimate shipping by address and return list of available shipping methods. Requires an admin Bearer token with ACL Magento_Cart::manage.
